If you are eager to teach in China, but you’re not able to meet all our requirements completely, don’t worry! Just contact us first and we can discuss the possibilities together. A teaching job in China is a lifetime opportunity which we can recommend to everyone.

Volunteers Needed
China’s economy is growing very fast, but unfortunately this is not happening equally around the country. Some regions are still covered in poverty and the fast growing East Coast makes life in the countryside harder and harder. While prices throughout the country rise and good education and health care become scarce, some of the inlands can’t cope with the changes anymore.
Mandacentre is looking for volunteers who can come to the South of China and help out in poorer regions. At this moment we need people who’d like to enter the education program to teach Primary School students in the countryside. These kids don’t stand much of a chance against the better educated city children, so a little bit of English could help them in later age to find a job as a waitress or local tour guide.
A job as a volunteer teacher doesn’t require very special language or didactic skills. A warm heart is all it takes. We are looking for part time as well as full time teachers for hopefully a longer period of time, but short stays are also possible.
We can offer you free accommodation, some meals and free Mandarin classes and we can advise you about Visa, Insurance and Logistic specifications.
Another program you can enroll in is to help out in an orphanage, which is coping with arrears that need to be equaled. This volunteer job requires you to hang out with the children, teach them a bit of English or other subjects you’re interested in and assist the staff in anything necessary, which can vary from cleaning to building the website or from cooking to organizing events. According to your judgment and ideas. This position offers you free accommodation and meals.
As an intermediary Mandacentre is always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to come over to China to give those without a chance some opportunities.
